Posture 17 Chicken step hook


                       第十七式  鸡步钩子

                       Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly
                   wider than shoulder-width. Keep the body upright.

                   Arms hanging down naturally, with all ten toes
        Yuanbutongbi Quan: 24 Postures
                   gripping the ground (Figure 3-17-1).
         原步通臂拳二十四式     预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,
                   双臂自然下垂,十趾抓地(图3-17-1)。

                       Stand sideways and jump forward with a
                                                                       Figure 3-17-1
                   chicken step (Figure 3-17-2); Kick the right foot
                   forward with a hook, while the right arm and right foot work together to

                   strike to the right (Alternate both sides when training in place.) (Figure
                   3-17-3).
                       侧身站立,鸡步前跳(图3-17-2);右脚向前勾踢,同时右臂与脚

                   合力向右侧横击(原地训练,左右互踢)(图3-17-3)。
