torso facing northwest. As the feet jump, with the shoulder joints pivoting, the left
fist twines first reversely to arc left and up, and then directly arc down and in, rest-
ing in front of the chest, the heart of fist facing up, the left elbow closing in; the
right fist twines first reversely to arc right and down, and then directly arc up and
right, pausing in front of the left shoulder, the heart of fist facing left, the eye of fist
facing in. The eyes look left and forward. (Figure 63-1)
                  2. With the knees leading energy, the feet jump up by means of the rebound-
ing force from the ground, the crotch sinking. At the same time, the torso turns
slightly left, the chest drawn in. The left arm twining slightly directly and the right
one slightly reversely close tightly in.
Without a pause, the feet land on the ground simultaneously, a left-weighted,
side bow-stance remains. At the same time, the torso turns slightly left, the right
chest opened. The left fist twining directly, under the right armpit, punches left to the
upper rear in an outward arc to the mouth level, the eye of fist facing up to the left
rear, the left elbow aligning with the left knee; and the right one twining reversely
punches right to the lower rear in an outward arc to pause outside the right hip, the
heart of fist facing down, the eye of fist facing left. The eyes look left and forward.
